Who we are

Established in 2004 by James Samuel and Lucian Bertea, Inturn Trading Ltd (ITL) has matured into a highly efficient global business, dealing with all elements of GSM mobile phone equipment. Since its creation ITL has attracted a strong team of employees, all of whom are experts in their particular fields.

From our suppliers to our customers, the process is handled efficiently, precisely and transparently, allowing effective communication to manage all expectations on service delivery.

Purpose built premises

From our 12,500 sq ft. purpose built, secure facility in the UK, near Norwich, Norfolk we are able to process vast amounts of mobile phone materials in various conditions. Ready for recycling, reusing or refining.

This continued investment into the business demonstrates the company’s ethos of trying to continually improve, adapt and evolve our processes to ensure customer satisfaction, which in turn, leads to better retention, acquisition and ultimately healthy company growth.
